At Javaris, we craft every Solid Soap, Bar Soap, Kitchen Soap, and Hand & Body Wash with care. If something’s off, we’re here to make it right—here’s how it works!
Exchange an Order
• No Exchanges: We don’t support exchanges. You confirm all details (size, design, quantity) at checkout, so double-check before ordering—we can’t swap items due to selection errors.
Cancel an Order
• Timeframe: Cancel within 6 hours of placing your order by emailing support@javaris.shop with your order number.
• After 6 Hours: If it’s past 6 hours, your order might already be in processing or shipping—no cancellations possible.
• Fee: A 10% cancellation fee (of total order value) applies.
Returns & Refunds
• Timeframe: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. After 30 days, your order is considered accepted—no refunds.
• Eligible Returns: We’ll refund your full order (including original shipping) if your soap arrives:
o Damaged or shattered.
o Wrong design, size, material, or product compared to your order.
o Different from its description on javaris.shop.
• Condition: Returned soaps must be:
o Unused and unwashed.
o Unmodified, with original tags and packaging intact.
o Not defective due to your handling (minor threads you can trim don’t count).
Proof Needed for Refunds
• Include:
o Shipping label or receipt.
o Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation).
o Photos of defective items.
o Screenshots of our prior emails (if applicable).
Steps to Request a Return
- Email support@javaris.shop with your order number, reason, and proof.
- We’ll reply within 2-3 business days with a return address and instructions.
- Pack your soaps securely and ship via a traceable carrier.
- Send us your return tracking number or receipt photo in a separate email.
- Wait for our confirmation—don’t ship without our approval!
• Note: Unapproved returns or lost packages won’t be refunded.
Cost of Return Shipping
• You cover return shipping costs, unless it’s our mistake (e.g., damaged or wrong item)—then we’ll provide a prepaid label.
Refund Processing
• Timeline: Once we receive and check your return (takes 2 business days), we’ll email you and refund your original payment method—including original shipping—within 2 business days.
• Bank Delays: Allow 10-15 days for your bank to process it. Not there yet? Check with your bank, then email support@javaris.shop if it’s still missing.
Important Notes
• Returns are only valid within 30 days of delivery—no hidden fees, just your shipping cost back.
• We’re not responsible for lost or damaged returns—use tracking and contact us first!
