Shipping Times

• Processing: Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1-3 business days, then shipped the next business day. We don’t ship on weekends.
• Transit Times:
o United States: 2-4 business days (after processing)

• Note: Customs or global hiccups might add 10-15 days. These are estimates—thanks for hanging in there!

Fees cover all shipping costs—order as many soaps as you like for one flat rate:
• United States: $5.99 USD

Order Tracking

• After shipping, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Updates take 1-3 business days to appear.
• No updates yet? The carrier’s still processing—give it a sec! If it’s late, email support@javaris.shop with your order number, and we’ll sort it out.

Get Your Address Right

• Check your delivery details! Mistakes or missing info might delay your soaps or send them back. Customs can slow things too—we’ll reach out if needed.

Incorrect Address

• We’re not responsible for orders delivered to wrong addresses you provide. Redirected after shipping? We can’t cover loss, theft, or damage.
